My son has a phone on my account and has the xbox game pass as an add on. How does he activate it on his existing xbox account as I can't see how to do it on the app!

Is it active as an inclusive extra on his phone plan? Did he follow the activation link from the text message that is sent?

It's showing as added inclusive extra but I can't see where it says active?! My son didn't get a text

If you speak to our Mobile Care team, they'll try and resend the activation link through.
