when do you have your chat open because I've been writing for 3 days that it's closed, it's a joke, no communication with you

I prefer writing because my speaking English is no so good... How to explain everything that... And other side till now no access to old web chats...

Reinstalled EE app, the same... Problem is in the app chat platform, constantly need log in again and again, no one of conversation couldn't be ended..., interrupts. Spend all day trying messaging and still nothing good...
