Had an email to say my latest bill is due for payment, when i get the the page to pay it, I get the following

There's a bug on that webpage. Only EE can fix it. Report it to CS.

'NaN' is a convention for "Not a Number".

Hi @jsp2309 

If you click "amount due this month" and then 'continue to payment' does it show you the correct amount? 
Do you see the same error if you pay through the mobile app? 

One thing you can try is to log out, clear your browser cookies and cache, log back in and check the payment page again. 

In the mean time, you can check the amount due from your latest bill, or text BAL to 150. 
And if needed select "choose an amount" to manually input how much you want to pay.

I am looking for a closing balance, I do not have and do not want your app
I have tried logging on again, cannot get to the account balance page

I do not have an EE phone
I am not not calling your 0330 number again - I don't have enough time to
waste

balance page now

Your website is not user friendly, all I want to do is pay a closing balance
