Hi my app is not working not been working for about a year now I have unistalled and reinstalled plenty of times each time it asks for email then says their is no passkey I then go through getting a code sent by email and phone it then asks me to set a pin which I do I then agree to fingerprint I allow everything after that then it says it cannot log me in whereas online I have just checked and I am logged in

If you are able to get logged in through the website, your account is fine, but it is something we'd need to have looked at further if uninstalling and reinstalling the app doesn't help.
The best way to do this would be to speak to our tech guides and they will run through some steps for you, and if they need to, raise a ticket to our back office team.

Yep this happens to several people. The app is unusable. All they say is contact customer support. I've never seen such company, truly one of a kind.
