My old phone number is showing on the EE app however if I go into the settings it shows my new number.
This is concerning as I have tried to top up my new number because I thought it would top up the one that showed in the settings however it topped up my old phone number. How do I fix this?

@filippalysiewic Why do you have a new number?
Your account is for your original number
if you now have a new number/SIM card you need to setup a new a account.

I just got given a new number, for some reason you cannot purchase a pack online as it comes with a new number. This is a very silly idea in my opinion.

Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your new mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
