keep getting " Blocked" message when trying to access ee

Just switched from BT to EE, but keep getting a white sceeen with " blocked " message when trying to access my account, or any other EE link, also getting it when i try just to go on EE site from my browser

Tried switching browser, still the same - Phoned BT & EE but no one has a clue

I see there are many posts on line about same problem, going back several months, but no solutions

Luckily I am still within 14 day period so as BT no longer available, i can still switch to Sky or another provider

If you switch to a different connection such as mobile data, or login from a different device, do you see the same error?

Keeps saying blocked, it's been doing it for ages. The website is AWFUL

Are you seeing this error when trying to view any page on the EE website?

Have you been able to try accessing the EE website using a different browser or device?

Hi Debbie, it’s an intermittent fault, which happens across ALL pages I try and access. No matter what browser I use, or even when in private / incognito mode too. Which is incredibly frustrating as I had to wait on hold 30 mins on the phone to get an answer on something that would have taken me 60 seconds online had the website been accessible.

it seems to happen every time I’m logged in, but I can’t access pricing etc as an existing customer without logging in !!!

I'm sorry you're experiencing issues viewing information when logged in to your account.

I'd recommend getting in touch to speak with a guide who will be able to investigate this further and log a ticket, if needed so this can be resolved.
