i dont have my phone, i left it in an airport and expect it to be recovered but i need to use my service as quickly as possible. i have a backup Iphone hardware , but want to order a replacement sim. I dont have access to a phone at the minute so can only do things via IPAD. How can i use web contact services to order a replacement sim?

Good morning @PaulR6, welcome to the EE Community!
Just as a quick heads up too, if you've not had a chance to order a replacement SIM yet it's also possible to get an immediate replacement through on of our retail stores.
You'll just need a valid Passport or UK driving license, and they can get things sorted right out.
Peter
