You might try the Ill Health section of How do I change my account in the case of a life event? :

Ill health

If you’re diagnosed with an illness or disability you believe will impact your ability to use or pay for your service in any way, please contact us and let us know.

We’ll need a written copy of your diagnosis on letter-headed paper, from either a doctor, NHS professional, solicitor or your local Citizens Advice Bureau.

Scan and email the relevant document and a covering letter to:

account.specialists@ee.co.uk

Please make the email subject ‘Care Helpdesk’

You have written your query in the subject line.

What account do you need deleting? If it is a mobile or broadband account, then you need to ring customer service to get it deleted, but if she is the account holder, do you have the power of attorney? We cannot do this here in the forum, this is not customer service.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
