Account holder has dementia

Could you please tell me what I need to do to be able to speak to EE myself (the daughter) as the holder of this account has dementia. Many thanks

We’ll need a written copy of your diagnosis on letter-headed paper, from either a doctor, NHS professional, solicitor or your local Citizens Advice Bureau.
