Payment mede online but site crashed!

Just made a debit card payment online. Just as the payment was being processed, the site crashed (as usual) and said there had been an error. I haven't had a confirmation email so assume it hasn't been paid.  However there is a pending amount on my bank account so I won't be paying again until this has come off. The website is simply awful.

I totally agree with you! I have just made a payment - as usual the site crashed. I have had no email to confirm the payment but it is showing as pending on my bank account! I am fed up with this useless website

Payments can take up to 24 hours to be processed, can you check your EE account after 24 hours to see if the payment is showing. If not, please call us on 150 and the team will be happy to help 🙂
