app doesn't seem to be working on the app or website

@Nick1777  have you tried clearing the cache in the app, uninstalled and reinstalled  to the latest version. There was a update just last week.  The bug from earlier picture of lost connection seems to have been resolved. I don't have any issues at the moment hopefully it stays like that..

Any assistance out there please none of my EE apps are working or any help on what to do EE are currently closed until tomorrow

Hi - the app and website is not working. No live chat option available. Been trying to place an order for an upgrade for 2 days and keep getting the same “technical issue” message at check out?

Yes it constantly says try again later or some th bugs not working right now.

Me and my daughter are due an upgrade and can’t checkout my basket.

Yes I can access the account on the online browser however when i try to
login on the app it is saying sorry there seems to be a problem.
