Hi,
I currently have no active sim cards. I am trying to download and activate my eSim but it needs to send a code to my phone. I can not receive the code as I do not have an active sim card. I can not call EE as I work 8am to 8pm and do not have access to wifi at work for wifi calling. Can I get the code emailed to me or something to activate this?

As @bobstar3233 mentioned, in order to activate a replacement eSIM it will require a currently active SIM card in order to confirm the security PIN.
Our team on the phones are open until 9pm to be able to help order a replacement SIM be sent out, or if you have the app on your phone you can use the Message Us option in the help section. Alternatively if you have an EE store nearby you could pop into it with photo-ID they can give you a replacement SIM. EE Store Finder

Nope you need to order a physical SIM to be able to activate an Esim
