I cant log on the the new EE app, the screen goes black or says my account status stops me from viewing, then I try to log on the website and it says sorry you can't access. My account status is up and running and I'm up to date on bills. Anyone else...
So, I login and it asks me to confirm my number - I enter my number and it tells me it's registered to a different email address (it shouldn't be!). I'm not sure how to resolve, any help?

Cannot pay through my ee website or app. Both decline a card that has more than enough funds, for no reason I can see on my end.
