I have updated the EE app on the iPhone and I already miss the previous version.
Each time I open the app it asks me to sign in. Doesn’t recognise my auto login using Face ID (the previous version did)
Then each time it asks me to set a pin and keeps trying to access the EE online website. Even if I tick the box to remember my details, still have to go through the whole shenanigans each time.
Can I go back to the previous version? Was much better. This version is painful.

Thanks for posting on the community.
To use a different log in option, could you try deleting the app and reinstalling this, when you are asked if you would like to set up a 4 digit PIN code please say yes to this option.
You will then be able to select how you would like to log in and see the available options.
