I cannot seem to access my current usage. When I click on it all that comes up is a blank screen

Hi Chris yes it is on both. Was working fine yesterday and today just blank screens thanks

when I log in on my iPad to my EE and tap current usage all I get now is a blank screen
is there anything I can do to rectify this please

There seems to be an issue as several others are having the same issue.
I suggest you wait for an fix from EE

Hi I’ve been flat out at work so haven’t been able to call. A member of my family has been using my phone and I just needed to check what numbers they have called for personal reasons thanks
