App update

Anyone else Having trouble accessing there accounts and noticed that after  2days now you get we’re carrying out an update and we’re sorry you cannot access your account as we are making it better for you

Terrible new app ,

I was thinking of leaving EE when my contract expires in 6 days , trying to access anything on this new app has made the decision for me

hate the new app, last one was very simple to use now every time you need info sends you to a bloody webpage **bleep** seriously why?
