Hi, I'm trying to sign up to order a new contract but I'm stuck at the register page. I've verified my email address but it then asks me to join the EE community which clearly I have done but still will not let me progress passed the register page.

Don't login to your MyEE before going to the EE Shop. It expects you to already have an EE mobile phone or SIM contract.
