upgrade using an old handset

It’s saying i can upgrade but when i go to chose a plan it’s saying there is none available.Is it because i’m using an old handset as my contract phone the screen cracked.It’s showing the old phone when i log in?

Gifting data

Hi Did anyone work out a way to gift data other than on the app?  My daughter needs to go out and has no data and I can't gift her any because the app isn't working. Thanks
