Account holder

I am the account holder but the app says I am not.. it suggests I get the account holder to log in to make changes but I am the account holder and I pay the bills from my personal account!

The new EE app

I always opened the app on my iPad. when I try now I get the message app being upgraded this problem has occurred for three days, what is wrong

Account renewal.

After my account renewed, both the app and internet says I have zero data minutes and text. An obvious mistake. How do I get this corrected?
