Changing user names on family sim

I've got a family sim package - one for me (Dad) and 3 extra sims on my account for family members.  Let's call them, Tom, **bleep** &  Harry. On my invoice, all four sims show the user as me 'Dad' which makes it difficult to manage but if I go into the website profile settings for each sim and change the user name say, for Tom's number to 'Tom', it then changes all 4 users to Tom!!  How do I change individual user names so that each is correctly associated with the correct number?

@ciaskin  You need to allow the my EE app the have access to your contacts on your device. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

It would be good if the app worked, it doesn't. Can it be changed on the myee website?

I have a Xiaomi mi 11 and after installation i try to open it but it immediately crashes. I understand other people have the same issue. I tried installing an earlier version but when i try opening that it tells me to update.

Hi @Profile closed,

I'm sorry to hear you're unable to use the My EE app with your Xiaomi phone. We only support the My EE App on handsets that are available direct from EE.

There have been compatibility issues caused by MIUI updates in the past. Please see There seems to be a problem... error when using My EE app on Xiaomi phones - The EE Community for more details.

Why is the app not working. The account  is my husbands but i am the using the sim, and since august i cant seem to log in anymore why is that?
