I use to log in with my passcode, and now each time 8m asked to log in by  email unable to do this, even though i have tried i can't  sign in with my passcode help please

Data gifting gone from App

Hi. Logged in this morning to gift data to my kids but the app has changed and data gifting is nowhere to be seen. How do I do this now please?

Is there no more EE live chat?

I am a loyal customer but want a reduction to the advertised price plan. How do i go about this if there is no more EE live chat. I know that i'm going to be put onto a salesman for ages and i have better uses for my time.......

My EE Family

I've just setup my 2 kids with EE (via Uswitch), we are waiting for their numbers to port but then want to add them to my account which has myself and my wife already in there, so we can gift data if needed. I'm unsure about how (and when) to do this...
