NEW APP

I'm on PAYG and downloaded the new app today.  The only thing I use the app for is to view my balances for minutes, texts and data.  So it's annoying that these features are not included within the new app, therefore making it useless for my requirements.  I have deleted the app, and now have to contact customer services to find out this information.

Why don't you just text AL to 150 to get that info?

Thank you for that information.  I wasn't aware you could do that, and no one at EE customer services advised me of that.

Try it & see if it gets you what you want.

Yes, it told me what I wanted to know.  I will use that from now on as it will save me time waiting to speak with someone at customer services.  Thanks.

Hi @A-n-d-r-e-w,

To check your remaining balance in the new app, tap mobile plan, then tap the description of your current pack.

Hope this helps.

James

Thanks! You're welcome 🙂 ! Glad I could be of assistance & it is now sorted.

I never use the app. The PAYG Text Service is far easier.
