App is broken

Thought I had paid my bill through the app but it keeps saying something went wrong and it is also flashing up when not in use, I have a pixel 6

How do I change my email address with EE without going in to a store

Payment Authentication

The website keeps presenting error when it asks to authenticate the payment. I tried to do it in different devices, but I still get the same error.
