Waste of money

You raise your prices and yet i can get onto my EE, so slow. Cant wait till contract ends so i cam go to another network that give their customers more.

@MugByEE   Have you tried clearing your device cache?  Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app ?  Can you access your online account ?
