Import a sim into my list of accounts

We have a sim on Contract PAYG which a colleague is paying for on his credit card.  Can I import / add the account to main accounts that we use to manage our other Contract PAYG sims?  When I try and add the number to the account the response is "this number is already linked to another account"

@jjw-ryan : Which are they? Contract or PAYG? They can't be both. It's either or!

Do each of you top-up whenever & can stop doing so at any time OR do you have to pay an ongoing monthly fee which you are committed to?

You can't have 1 no. on 2 a/c's at once but you can remove a PAYG no. from 1 a/c & add it to another PAYG a/c. You cannot add a PAYG no. to a contract a/c. They don't mix!

Hello @jjw-ryan ,

Welcome to the community,

You cannot mix contract and pay as you go on the same account.

If I have misunderstood your query, you may also want to speak to customer service, but if the number is linked to another account, then you cannot add it.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

OK apologies, they are PAYG with Subscription packs.  Therefore I assume they can be cancelled at any time and just revert to paying standard charges.
If it is possible to just remove from one account and add to another that's easy and the answer I was hoping for.

Thank you
