Printing bills from December 2024 to date

How do I print out bills already paid please? All I get when I go to bills and payments is my payment history with a list of the totals for each month, but I need full invoices for my end of year accounts. Can anyone help please? Thanks

(BTW I've gone through all the old posts on this, but there doesn't appear to be a solution)

Welcome to the EE Community

Our view your bill help page has instructions for how to download the actual PDF of your bill on different devices. The PDF bill will provide a breakdown of what you are being charged for on your bill, rather than just showing the payment amount. However as mentioned it is not a VAT invoice as those are only available on business accounts.

@heroutdoors   You must be on a personal tariff not a business tariff,    You are supplied what is relevant to that tariff, VAT is not broken down separately for personal tariff it’s inclusive.     If you require VAT invoices then you need to be on a business tariff.    This is mentioned in all posts that are related to this.

I am unable to print my bill from my mobile.  I cant access my bill on my laptop.  Please help.  You charge me for a printed copy which is unfair.  I went to 3 of your shops. Oxford Circus, Totenham Court and Harrow. They cant help.  Although polite, they are Inexperience and incompetent staff.  Not user friendly at all
