Resolved! Payment error but payment taken

HiTried my to pay my bill on the website this morning. Payment portal looks to have crashed before completing ( e.g. showed random error code and not the confirmation page) but it did took funds from my bank which currently show as pending.Any sugges...

Resolved! Final bill

  I cancelled my contract in December and I paid my final bill. I even got credit back on that bill and in the EE app it says my account is closed. But EE have been consistently awful and have brought an issue to a debt collector about my final bill...
