It’s not working

Guys, what is going on… my contract is to have unlimited mobile data services… it’s not working at all… ridiculously

So why not cut down on your huge advertising budget and sort out this App. It's been too long and I'm considering changing to a more responsive and reliable company

Yes I have had this too!! I dont understand it & got nowhere on the online chat...she said she couldn't access my account!!
