Why is this unusable? EE are horrendous, can you make anything more effective? I came into the app to data share 5 mins in not able to get where I need to be , terrible

Resolved! recent update has caused app to stop

Having updated the app it now fails to work. Takes nearly 2 mins to open at login, asks for name and password, although I have always used fingerprint, then just shuts down. Can only access EE account online.Have cleared cache, unistalled app, reinst...
