Same, service is awful, the app has shown 'your app is being improved' for weeks. Is this going to be resolved? Or do I just cancel my contract, because this isn't good enough.

If you are unable to access your My EE app, can you try deleting the app then going to the play/app store searching My EE and redownload the app, does this work for you?
If not, what happens when you log in?
Can you access your My EE account online?
