Hello, I have been trying to upgrade my sons iPhone 6 but every time I try and upgrade it says page not found. I have a plan picked out for him but it won’t let me upgrade. He has had this phone since 2019 so is really due an upgrade.

Please could you try clearing your web browser's cookies and cache and let me know if you see the same issue?

I get this issue too, multiple devices and browsers, same result. App loads up the device and lets me find the deal I want, but then when it goes to the browser to load the deal it says the page can't be found.
Looking at moving providers because I've already reported it and still not resolved - and looks like it's been an issue for others for months now.
