I have an icon on my screen to tell me I have a message but I have turned it off but still the icon remains,I have been in your shop but even they don't know what to do, have tried to ring you but all I get is more messages but no one to speak to ?

Have you deleted all voicemails? 

Have you tried restarting your device?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Call your mobile from another phone and leave a voicemail. Then dial your voicemail and delete the message,
