Resolved! recent update has caused app to stop

Having updated the app it now fails to work. Takes nearly 2 mins to open at login, asks for name and password, although I have always used fingerprint, then just shuts down. Can only access EE account online.Have cleared cache, unistalled app, reinst...

Unlocking Apple ipad 10th gen

I just upgraded 3 days ago my ipad with EE, I transferred data from old to new all ok. Reset old ipad and want to unlock. When I put imei number in it says its not an EE device ? Also ipad says the sim inserted is not supported. Why can't I unlock it...
