Hi
I have trouble logging into My EE app. A message comes up saying that I may need "to link mobile and broadband products to My EE account." I click the link and sign in browser, but I can't find where I can link what is suggested. I have broadband with BT, and so I get discounted mobile data with EE.
Is anyone able to advise? Please? I'm on an Android.

You've have logged in OK to your MyEE as you've been able to post here. What are you wanting to do by logging in? Buy something? Do you have a product with EE?

Thanks for your reply. I don't want any product. The EE app that I have downloaded on my Android, when I tap it to get in, nothing happens, which is then pointless having the app wasting internal space. And I then have to log in via browser.
