@WindowFudge1 If you mean content lock you need to call customer service to request this and you’ll need to use a credit card to pay a refundable token or you can go to an EE store with in date photo ID to make this request there.

- Phone suspended in Contracts & Billing
- Subscription payment 10£ as you go in Pay as you go
- Phone bill not due for another 7 days. But EE has restricted my phone in Contracts & Billing
- My phone has been just restricted in Contracts & Billing
- I would like to turn off content locker in EE app and website
