I urgently need to transfer data to my daughter is on holiday, when will the app be up and running? This is a matter of urgency

@Sorrel1  The app is up and running.  Try clearing your device cache and perhaps uninstall and reinstall the app.  You can always login to your online account to gift data 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
