@Jazz75   If you can not access your online account then you need to call customer services and request an account reset.  If you mean just the my EE app try clearing your device cache and uninstall and reinstall the app. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
