EE app not working

My EE app won't open. Doesn't even start up. After pressing the app icon a few times it throws up a message saying 'My EE failed to start several times. Restore it by clearing it's history?'. Clearing cache doesn't help. Uninstalling and reinstalling...

Not letting me buy anything

It won’t let me buy anything and it said I have to have a ee phone number and ee broadband and I have to join ee chats but I haven’t got either
