Getting error when trying to suggest a new feature

when trying to use the 'Suggest a feature' link from the My EE website (https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/My-EE-app-and-website/What-would-you-like-to-see-in-My-EE/td-p/924897?...) I get the following error.

The link was in my 'My EE' landing page, in the 'Get in Touch' section of links on the left side of the page.

I just experienced the same issue.
Android app > Help > Leave Feedback
This opens a browser to the following URL : https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Final-Archive/What-would-you-like-to-see-in-My-EE/td-p/924897?adobe_mc...
(some strings redacted as I suspect an auth token was included)
This appears to be an archived thread; an error would be expected when attempting to create a new message on it.
This probably needs to be escalated to your app development team.
