When will the EE App be up n running?

I need to urgently check what’s happening with my account details.  Cannot gain access.  Need to KNOW WHY there is no connection at all!!! my wife cannot do her work as her work phone is EE and she is unable to do anything.

Resolved! Can’t gift data

I need to gift my son data and can’t which is very frustrating. What exactly is happening with the app? It’s been “updating” for way too long!
