Ee and service

I must say I have been very disappointed in the services provided by ee in the past 2 to 3 months. App totally usless and phone service in my area poor.  I pay a lot for ee and thinking I'd be better swapping to another company 

Wasting people’s time

Why do you keep moving things abouti just want to share my data this platform makes it so much more complicated I don’t want to be forced to be in your community

APP not working. This is a service that subscribers pay for and it never works. The company is liable. 

Logic problem

Hey, my number already exist.. but I cannot login since it says verity.. I don’t know what to do.

On the website it says "Messaging is currently unavailable. We apologise for any inconvenience caused."  Why and for how long?  Need to contact EE online.  Unable to use either mobile phone network of landline.
