when I log in to EE website the only option on the home page is to link products, no other options I have already linked a mobile number to the account but can't manage or view details about the mobile number at all, when I click on the home tab again it brings me back to the same page I have tried linking the number again and it just tells me it is already linked, I have only had this problem since new EE website layout I hate it, please go back to the old layout it was much easier to use I could easily see all detail about my account and manage my mobile phone
any help is appreciated and would like to know if anybody else is having same problem

Have you previously been able to access your My EE account?
Do you see the same issue with the EE App?

I have previously been able to use my EE account fine and manage my numbers, buy add-on or packs and look at my balance.
I have only been having this problem since the website layout changed, when the website had the old layout I could click the MyEE icon at the top of the page and do things as mentioned above
since the new layout of the account home screen was introduced it doesn't give me any of these options, I now only have the option to link a product to my account after logging in
I know I still have my mobile number linked to my account because when I try adding the number again it tells me that I have already linked the number the same happens on the app

That suggests that you have no products linked to the MyEE you are logged into. Try linking your mobile no. again.
Either that or you are not now logging into the same MyEE as you used to.

I only have one MYEE account and linked the number myself, I have only had problems with my account since the new website layout I have tried link my number again it doesn't work

What does it say when you try to link your no.? Does it say something about it being linked to another a/c?

yes it says that it is linked to another account but I know it is linked to my one and only account as I did it myself recently
