My mobile phone account has disappeared from my app. My broadband app is still there, but there’s nothing to do with my mobile account. I can’t seem to find any way of accessing it either. I’ve tried deleting the app, accessing it from the website etc but nothing. It’s as if it’s been wiped off the system. Help!!!!

Are you able to link the account again if you log into the app on the main home page?

No. I keep trying to link it but the message keeps showing that there’s a problem, ‘it’s us not you’.
There’s nothing there! It’s as if the whole account has been deleted or something.

Everything is working fine. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still nothing. I’ve been in touch with EE technical team and they can’t understand what’s happened either! I’m now waiting for them to investigate what’s happened and to get back to me 🤞🏼. I don’t like to think that I’ve been banished into cyberspace by EE 😂😂
