Is anyone finding it impossible to speak to someone at EE in the phone , been holding for hours abd everytime I try and use the app to go into the contract it crashes never seen this before , it’s like nothing is working apart from this new community...
Been chatting to someone for a while though I was getting sorted and now app says it’s being upgraded or something I really don’t have time for this it’s taken me 10 days to get this fad

We have been unable to login to our business account for over a week.We just get login error.Really poor.
Won’t let me gift data on the my ee app .wont let me gift data on desktop site . this always happens and is a ball ache ! ee fix your **bleep**
**bleep** is going on with the my ee website and app why is it broken so much of the time ?I don't want to upgrade which the website will let me do I just want to check my bills and gift data.
4 days now no internet and cannot make calls…the customer service is a joke…hours and hours on hold and no answer…no problems with any of the other network providers…
It will not let me link my new number as a device on the my ee app, so i can’t see how much data/credit i have? At first it was saying there was an error now it just won’t send a code to my number to even try?
