Unable to upgrade

Hello, I have been trying to upgrade my sons iPhone 6 but every time I try and upgrade it says page not found. I have a plan picked out for him but it won’t let me upgrade. He has had this phone since 2019 so is really due an upgrade.

New app

The new app is not an upgrade.It is a pain.   Please return to the previous one.  It was much better.
