Resolved! Website or app down

I’ve been trying to upgrade for days now it let me pay my bill but they app amd website just keeps saying log in I log in and it says connection error this has been for days now anyone any idea 

URL - login-spoof?email

Has anyone else ever seen this web address before, especially the "spoof email " part? From the screen grab. It was from a web form button to "log in"It looks legit to me; since the first part has https and id.ee.co.uk, I could be wrong. Not sure why...

Hard to navigate site

All i wanted to do was check my bill! Complicated site to navigate, just full of peoples post and forum site etc. how can that be the first thing I see when I want to just sign into my account. Think I’ll look at another mobile provider!
