My profile is not loading

Can’t seem to log into the app or the website to view my profile. Just keeps returning an error. I have an upgrade going through in the next couple of days, could this be the reason? But it’s been going on since Monday so I don’t understand it. Help.

Hi @JCHinson I'm concerned that you're unable to get access to your My EE account, especially if you have an upgrade coming up.

What error message are you getting when you try to access your account please? Chris S

I have the same problem with both the app and online. 
tried deleting and reinstalling the app. Resetting password.

Same problem on my end, here's what shows up

I’ve been getting the same message all month long, when I talk to EE all they say is delete the app and reset you password. They talk to us like the problem is our end yet many people are facing the same issues. And when I said I wanted to send some data to family he said I can do all that in the app! The app I’m talking to you about that I can’t get log in correctly or get any information from!!!! 
3 months to go and I’m gone. 

Exactly the same for me.

I'd recommend resetting your password to see if that solves the problem, if not, we can certainly get this looked into a bit deeper for you.

I’ve reset my password multiple times already and still no joy.

Thanks Chris. I’ve reset the password twice. No change I’m afraid.

Yet everyone else in my family and friends can log in first time no problem. ?!?! Frustrating.
