Hello all, I was wondering if somebody could help me?
Not too long ago, my EE account said that I was eligible for an early upgrade, and I was able to scroll through all of the upgrade plans. I then tried looking at plans on other websites and stupidly put through a PAC request with EE as I was considering changing networks. I then decided against changing networks, and went to look through my early upgrade options on EE again to find that it now says 'Device upgrade unavailable.' Is there anyway to rectify this?
I have a feeling it is because I made a PAC request however, I have not used the code sent to me by EE.

Hi @_SLHxx if you ring 150 and select the option to upgrade they will be able to cancel the PAC code and then upgrade your account for you 🙂

Thanks for coming here.
If you have requested a PAC the upgrade option will no longer show until this has expired.
Have you had the PAC over 30 days?

Ah thank you! I thought this was the case.
Unfortunately, nowhere near the 30 days yet! 😞

Hi,
I've just had the exact same thing happen to me. For months they've been telling me I can get and upgrade then the other week I went into three and they messaged EE to get my puk code. I agree with you I think it's because we are looking elsewhere! I'm definitely not staying with them now!!
