Worst app and website ever

I can’t understand why it’s so difficult to find the add ons I need. 

EE talks about its add ons and I’m willing to spend money on them but I’m going round in circles on the app and website completely unable to find the mentioned packs. 

The app and website are frequently out of operation and I’m fed up! All I want to do is buy roaming. A company this well established should be better and more user friendly. 

Even now I’m trying to contact EE and all I can find is this forum!

@Sozzlemon  Customer services are closed they are not open 24 hours a day.        The App and website work of for me and they are not frequently out of action at all.   Account maintenance happens when there will be the least disruption to customers and that’s usually 12am to 6am.  

You don’t purchase roaming as thats an account setting and that gives you access to a local network and you just text ROAMING tom150 to activate roaming on your account.    

 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Totally agree with you.  I am so fed up with trying to figure out the packages.  Just when I think I’ve managed to get it sorted, I run out of credit and can’t make calls and turns out I haven’t actually bought the bloody package.   It’s so confusing, whoever designed it needs a lesson in design and layout to make it simple and straight forward.   I’m looking to move away because of it.
