I’ve been with EE for many years, and in the last 2 years I’ve not been able to login a single time.
I’ve attempted with my devices on numerous networks at different time of the day, there’s always an error.
Is this a management issue?

Mostly login errors, I’ve just tried to login in again, which was successful, and then what do you know… more errors! It’s an absolute shambles.
Just tried to upload an image to show you but that doesn’t even work properly.

I can understand your frustration when you want to manage your account online.
If you are seeing different error messages, I would recommend speaking to our tech guides who can bring up your account and check the online details. They'll look to get it working for you, and if they need to, raise a ticket to have it looked at further.

Here's another one! I signed up for a year of broadband, was promised Xbox Game Pass. The instructions in the email on where to click simply do not resemble the site at all, and after digging around I found the add-on, and now this.

If you are unable to add the Xbox Game Pass to your account online, I'd recommend reaching out to our customer care team so they can look into this to get this sorted.

Hey Debbie,
I did reach out and was told to buy the Game Pass with the promise of a monthly credit to cover the cost. I was skeptical, but I gave it a shot anyway. Now I’m back to warn everyone—it’s a scam! Not a single credit has appeared on my bill. Honestly, I’m shocked EE haven’t been sued over this, and they have the audacity to lecture us about fraudsters.
