Where's the online chat to speak to someone?

 I'm wanting to talk to someone about my account but there's no option for live chat any more and I don't want to phone. How do I access the live chat?

Hi @Fleetfoot22 I'm sorry to hear that your home phone service has been changed without your knowledge.

I'd recommend giving our home broadband team a call so that they can get access to your account and give you more info on why that's happened.

To speak with our broadband team, you'd just need to dial 150 from an EE phone or 0330 123 110 from your home phone.

If you're wanting to speak with our team via messaging, you can find the 'Message us' option in the Help section of the EE App. 

Alternatively if it's not something they can assist with, you can also give us a call and we'll do our best to help.

I have lost my phone and need a replacement sim

@An12br14ky15 : You need to call CS to report the loss & they will block it & send you a replacement SIM with the same no. to your UK addy.

I need help registering my number . That number that I have registered to this address is not valid. Now please register this number. I can't call the customer service because I don't know English

Hi I've been given a new SIM card I snapped the old popped in the new one and nothing has happened I've got no network  now and I can't contact EE for help
