Hi @Fleetfoot22 I'm sorry to hear that your home phone service has been changed without your knowledge.
I'd recommend giving our home broadband team a call so that they can get access to your account and give you more info on why that's happened.
To speak with our broadband team, you'd just need to dial 150 from an EE phone or 0330 123 110 from your home phone.

Alternatively if it's not something they can assist with, you can also give us a call and we'll do our best to help.

@An12br14ky15 : You need to call CS to report the loss & they will block it & send you a replacement SIM with the same no. to your UK addy.

Hi I've been given a new SIM card I snapped the old popped in the new one and nothing has happened I've got no network now and I can't contact EE for help
